Darwin is a real estate investor with over 20 years experience. Darwin has been instrumental in the acquisition and repositioning of over 5000 apartment units. In 2001, Darwin structured and executed one real estate deal that profited his investors over 200 million dollars. Since 1989, he has been involved in real estate in residential, commercial, and multi-family as a principal, broker, manager, and investor. He has a keen understanding of real estate for today’s market based on his experience with real estate in the late 80’s and early 90’s, which presented similar conditions to today’s market. His past experiences, both successes and challenges have given him a unique approach to real estate investing and a seasoned point of view when it comes to seeing and creating wealth through real estate investing.
